Year 5 Identity Project 2021

Year 5 present their Identity Projects, displays of community, culture and what makes them who they are.

Today marked the end of a term-long History project for Year 5 students.  The students in Year 5 were asked to think critically about their own identities and reflect on how their heritage and environment has shaped them. Students had the opportunity to ask friends and family members about their local community and culture and how it has shaped them into the person they are today.  This morning the Learning Common and Year 5 classrooms were buzzing with energy and excitement as Year 5 students showcased their Identity Projects to parents, Year 6 students and special guests.

Thank you to Ms Best and Mrs Anderson for providing such an engaging study of personal history.
